Experience
Jack's friendly smile and unflappable composure are remarkable considering
he is Co-President of South Bay Brokers, a company that generated more
than $900 million in sales last year alone. Jack's six-day workweek doesn't
stop at running a company or selling homes; he is also frequently called
to serve in an advisory capacity on large-scale development projects,
such as the development of Manhattan Village, for which he served as pricing
advisor.
With 31 years in
real estate and over a thousand home sales to his credit, Jack Gillespie
is a first-rate realtor. He is also a second-generation realtor, following
his father, Tom Gillespie in the business.
Service
One thing is undeniable-Jack loves the real estate business. He gets a
tremendous amount of satisfaction from finding the right homes for his
buyers and getting the best prices for his sellers. He has a licensed
assistant and provides his clients with 7-day coverage to meet all their
needs.
Personal
Jack is on the Advisory Board of the Manhattan Beach Educational Foundation.
His wife, Maureen, is an active volunteer on the PTSA and the family sponsors
volleyball, football, soccer, hockey and basketball programs in the South
Bay schools. The Gillespie's also support the Miller's Children's Hospital
at Long Beach Memorial Hospital, to help children with cancer.
Jack, his wife, Maureen,
and their two daughters, Claire and Maggie, live in the Tree Section
area of Manhattan Beach.
